Vero Beach photographer Nate Harrington has an eye for the action. While he started out with his camera aimed at snowboarders when he was 15, his focus shifted to the water when he moved to Maui. He bought a water housing for his camera, jumped into the warm tropical water and fell in love.

    Nate has dedicated his life to capturing the raw power of the ocean. He admits that shooting big, unruly shorebreak is his favorite subject, and he will even brave hurricane conditions to run down to the beach to capture that once in a lifetime moment while getting blasted by wind and rain.
