The Tequila Espresso Martini
Winter season is officially here, that means shorter days, longer nights, and an influx of holiday related engagements. All this can be quite exhausting, so Costa Tequila’s resident chef & mixologist Meredith Ouzounian whipped up one of the most iconic cocktails of all time, with a simple twist.
Introducing the Espresso Martini, with Costa Tequila.
Ingredients:
2 oz Costa Tequila Reposado
1 oz coffee liqueur
1 oz chilled espresso
Ice
espresso beans
Instructions:
In a cocktail shaker, place ice, coffee liqueur, and espresso. Shake well. Strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish the top with three espresso beans.
