A healthyish cocktail? Yes please!

Are you looking for a cocktail with healthyish benefits? Us too! This week’s cocktail feature by Chef Meredith Ouzounian features ingredients that are high in fiber, loaded with antioxidants, and taste delicious! Now without any further adieu, meet the Kiwi Blueberry Jam Margarita.

Ingredients:
- 2 oz COSTA Tequila Blanco
- 1⁄2 ripe kiwi, chopped
- 1 oz orange liqueur
- 1 oz fresh lime juice
- 1 oz blueberry jam
- 2 oz sparkling water
- ice


Instructions:
- In a cocktail shaker, muddle kiwi and blueberry jam.
- Add ice, and remaining ingredients, except sparkling water. Shake well.
- Pour cocktail, ice, and all. Top off with sparkling water.
- Garnish with kiwi slice and blueberry halves
